Founders Day Celebration 2019
“Jyotirgamay”, the first annual function of Seth Anandram Jaipuria School in Tarna was celebrated with great pomp. In this colorful cultural program, the students of the school presented theatrical dances with the glimpses of Banaras from the stage, all the parents present there became enamoured.
The cultural evening was inaugurated by lighting a lamp on the replica of Maa Ganga. After this, the young mouths attracted everyone by dance and acting. Children presented jugalbandi with various musical instruments and all the listeners became happy with such a melody of melodious music. After this, the glory of Kashi was sung by the students. After this, the worship of Shiva Tandava, Maa Annapurna, Sankat Mochan Hanuman and Kaal Bhairav were shown through collective dance.
This was followed by the staging of the Dance-Drama “Kashi-saga”. Through which, one got an impressive glimpse of the ancient culture, art, literature and music of Kashi. The event was concluded with grand Ganga Aarti and Dev Deepawali, and the entire venue lit up with the light of hundreds of Diyas. The chief guest of the event, Shri. Shishir Jaipuria, chairman of Jaipuria Group, congratulated the school management for the successful organization of the first annual festival and thanked all the parents on behalf of the Jaipuria family.
The chairman of the school, Shri Laxmikant Pandey said that Kashi is the oldest city in the world and it is the capital of all learning. We have dedicated our first annual festival to Kashi to make children aware of the ancient civilization and culture of Kashi. Distinguished guests included Jyotishacharya Shri Chandramouli Upadhyay, CRPF Commandant Shri Narendra Pal Singh, Dr. Vijay Bahadur Singh, Principal of U.P. College and well-known lyricist Mr. Hariram Dwivedi were present.
The Principal of the school, Mrs. Ashoo Kalra presented the annual report of the school to the parents. The program was anchored by Chanya Pathak, Pavi Mittal, Avika, Anjor Rai, Anshika, Shreyans and Anant. Teacher Pratima Aggarwal and teacher Mohit Gaur supported the children in the successful anchoring. The cultural program mainly featured incomparable performances by Devansh Mishra, Vivaan Badlani, Priyanshi Sahu, Shambhavi, Abhinandana, Niharika, Vedanta, Dhruv and Alok Singh.
Managing Director of the school Shri Krishna Kant Pandey, Shri Shashi Kant Pandey, Principal Mrs. Ashoo Kalra, Vipin Pandey, Abhishek Gupta and all teachers were present on the occasion.
